The Workforce Compliance and Diversity (WCAD) Solutions Division of Peoplefluent is seeking an experienced Account Manager. This position serves as current customer?s dedicated resource, focusing on customer success with our products, services and developing an expanded portfolio. This position is based in our Irving, TX office.
We are looking for an individual who consistently exceeds sales goals and is experienced selling software and/or consulting solutions to Human Resource Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Affirmative Action Compliance, Diversity, eLearning and related Consulting Services. While this position is responsible for maintaining current customer partnerships, the focus will be on upselling within these accounts to increase the ARR and ultimately grow our business.
?Responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, proactive account management, and outstanding customer service while driving sales in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner.
?Becomes familiar with customers? businesses and specifically how they use Peoplefluent?s solutions.
?Up-sells and cross sells all products and services to the current customer base (renewals and add-ons).
?Identifies, manages, and closes new business opportunities in assigned accounts to achieve quarterly quota targets.
? Deals directly with outside customers on day-to-day business matters, insuring that the customer understands the value of Peoplefluent products and services and to update the client of Peoplefluent initiatives, accomplishments, opportunities and new release products and services.
?Obtains all signatures required for customer quotation and writes final quotation to customer.
?Sends product information to customers upon request.
?Surveys customers frequently for service satisfaction; ensures that clients can and will be references for products they use.
?Addresses and resolves client issues and concerns by working across the organization.
?Responsible for meeting specified sales quotas. Provides insight to Product Management regarding the functional capabilities required in the marketplace and being presented by the competition.
? Develops annual account plan with named clients.
? Experience: 5-10 years
? Proven track record of quota achievement and success selling consulting services to executives.
? Good knowledge of strategic selling methodologies and marketing techniques.
? Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
? Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Effective communication and presentation skills
? Bachelor?s degree required
