Overview:
MachineryLink is currently seeking an Account Manager to interact with existing
customers, form new business relationships and maintain and retain all business
to business relations.
This position requires that you think outside of the box and to go above and
beyond to provide superior customer service to all customers, both internally and
externally. Relationship building and client analysis is required to increase
business and goodwill to our customers. This position reports to the Manager,
Client Service.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
? Be the primary point of communication with customers for all service
related issues, transportation, harvest updates, contract terms and
conditions and miscellaneous issues. Maintain the daily call reports.
? Answer, interpret and enforce customer contract terms and conditions.
? Be the focal point of collecting all critical documents and information to
ensure timely and accurate invoicing occurs.
? Assist all departments in researching issues and preparing reports for
management.
? Provide support in handling all incoming and outgoing calls during both the
regular business hours and after hours. Flexibility in scheduling of hours
is a must.
? Assist the Combine Support department with invoicing and call
management.
? Maintain combine scheduling/planning daily (on a rotating basis), which
will possibly include after-hours attention.
? Maintain an active and current profile on all customer accounts by
frequently verifying information to confirm its? accuracy.
? Maintain a constant understanding of crop production and yields
throughout the season.
? Work closely with RSMs and Combine Support Representatives (both in
the field and in office).
? Back up of main switchboard/lobby area duties when needed. Skills and Educational Requirements:
? At least two years of experience in a call center or as an account manager
where B2B relations were conducted.
? Must have strong conflict management, analytical, problem-solving and
organizational skills.
? Must be able to deal with customers from diverse backgrounds and in
escalated situations.
? Ability to interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.
? Multi-tasking skills with an ability to meet established deadlines.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
? Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
? Highly motivated, dependable and goal oriented. A dynamic problem
solver and team player.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
