General Responsibilities:
?Works with partners to develop marketing plan to drive revenue, strategy, vision and focus.
?Must have a grasp of the ?big? picture for CafePress.com while maintaining brand integrity for individual shops.
?Manage daily contact with partners and provide quarterly reviews and shop analysis.
?Have strong ability to manage internal cross-functional teams including email marketing, creative, and PR.
?Additionally, the Account Manager should be well versed in analytics, analyzing sales reports, and metrics using available internal and external tools.
Specific Responsibilities:
?Plan and advise quarterly marketing strategies for partners based on their specific needs.
?Manage partner site enhancements including but not limited to pricing, products, design and images.
?Independently provide suggestive feedback and strategic knowledge to improve sales with partners.
?Responsible for partner retention, some contract negotiation and some contract extensions.
?Provide support for customer issue resolution.
Ongoing:
?Work with merchandising, marketing, shops, and retail to leverage the strategies of these groups.
?Identify ways to improve overall platform functionality based on partner needs.
?Evangelize the technology, solutions, and services of our CafePress platform to partners and serve as a champion for the partner internally with technical and project teams.
?Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the contractual agreement and terms between the partner and the company.
?Work closely with Account Coordinators to accomplish day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
?BA/BS degree preferred with at least 4 years of relevant experience
?Must have strong Marketing/Advertising and customer service background
?Project management/account services background required
?Refined and well-received communication skills (written and verbal)
?Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products including Excel and Power Point
?Basic Photoshop and HTML knowledge
?Strong organizational skills and keen attention to details such as billing, contract terms, commission structures, etc.
?Creative, self-motivated, compelling and ?executive level? business acumen
?Internet knowledge including but not limited to search engine optimization and online advertising
?Experience in managing high-level clients a plus
