We are looking for a talented Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our publishers. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of account managing ? engagement, on-boarding, ownership, retention, and upsell the relationships. Work directly with the Publisher Services team and Product team to communicate issues and provide product related feedback. Primary Responsibilities
Continuous reach out and engagement with publishers, and building/maintaining strong relationships
Lead integration/onboarding calls, prepare presentations and continuous review of implementations and offering best-practice advice
Understand the needs of our publishers (social media, content owners and analytic stakeholders) and create engagement
?Upselling ?our product offerings to publishers
Required Skills/Experience
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience
3+ years online experience, and have excellent written, oral and organizational skills. Being able to multitask is an absolute must to be successful in this position. Solid communication skills - ready to work cross-team to gather requirements and drive a project to completion. Passionate about dealing with customers; ability to research, identify and pick up the phone and make conversations happen.
