We are looking for an Account Manager who will be joining a successful, fast-paced, and flexible team. Your role will be to manage relationships with online Media properties that partner with SAY Media to monetize their advertising inventory.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years direct experience in online media publisher relationship management. We are looking for a candidate with energy and strong self-initiative. Savvy negotiation skills and the ability to identify and execute on strategic partnership opportunities is a must. This is a rare chance to impact a modern digital media company that is transforming the online media industry.
Responsibilities:- Pro-actively identify and develop business opportunities with both new and existing publisher partners.
- On-going pricing negotiations for +50 strategic accounts to ensure sustainable partnerships while maintaining internal margin goals.
- Manage inventory to ensure all SAY Media ad campaigns deliver in full.
- Engage publishers to optimize ad placements for the best possible performance and revenue.
- Guide publishers through the technical process of integrating SAY Media ads on their sites and act as the first line of the defense in troubleshooting technical issues throughout the duration of the relationship.
- Proactively seek industry competitive intelligence and education to ensure you and your team maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:- +5 years Publisher side relationship management experience in online advertising
- Direct experience managing advertising relationships with online publishers
- Advanced understanding of the online media industry
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English with impeccable written, oral and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
- Technically savvy
