THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Mobile CRM Account Managers work proactively and collaboratively with National Sales Managers and the Development Team to provide our clients with exceptional customer service. Account Managers serve as the primary day-to-day client liaison and execute client programs; as well as deepen and grow relationships with clients to increase revenue.
Description and Responsibilities:
Acts as the primary day-to-day client liaison and advisor to ensure high client satisfaction.
Demonstrates working knowledge of ePrize Mobile CRM Solutions products and services.
Attends and/or leads internal and client meetings.
Manages the execution of client specific programs.
Serves as an expert on mobile best practices and translates knowledge into effective marketing tactics and execution.
Gathers and shares market-based information in an effort to solve client?s needs.
Proactively solves day-to-day client issues and escalates when necessary.
Works cross-functionally to execute promotions and sweepstakes with mobile component.
Job Specifications and Competencies:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
2-4 years of relevant experience; client management, project management and/or sales
Excellent presentation skills
Basic strategic and analytical skills
Sales skills, including identification of prospects, sourcing and closing deals
Ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ideal candidate has background in mobile marketing: SMS, mobile web, and apps
Excellent writing, grammatical and proofing skills
