Account Manager, Mobile Factual

Successful Candidate Will:
Have a passion for advertising.
Have experience with interactive advertising (mobile experience is a huge plus) account management with ad networks, publishers, or adverting agencies.
Be the primary point-of-contact for the client during advertising campaigns.
Coordinate work with sales and product team.
Have an understanding of DoubleClick, Atlas, and the concepts of adservering.
Assist in developing account strategy and RFP response development.
Deliver campaign summary/analysis.
Day-to-day client management experience.
Have an understanding of Excel, Powerpoint, and Salesforce.
Prepare excellent sales proposals ? proactive and in response to RFPs ? that are strategic, creative, meet objectives, and help Verve win more business.
Work in partnership with clients to understand objectives and needs.
Build strong relationships and client/agency counterparts, maintain ongoing communications, and ensure that client needs are met.
Develop a sophisticated understanding of Factual products and capabilities and translate your knowledge into media plans that help clients meet their objectives and solve business problems.
Strategize with the Business Development, Product, and Data teams on custom opportunities for RFPs.
Complete agency templates with both Factual overview data and creative ad specs.
Manage a seamless post-sale transition to the Technical Account Manager and Engineering Team, including clear communication/ documentation of campaign objectives, setup instructions, reporting requirements.
Maintain a high level of internal and external client-service orientation and consistently delight customers.
Build knowledge of mobile advertising industry and serve as a resource for others.
3+ years of experience in mobile/digital advertising, media planning or advertising operations.
Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills.
Solution-oriented customer service focus that conveys and demonstrates responsiveness and competence as well as a sense of urgency.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Skilled in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint.
Experience with DoubleClick DFP or other ad-serving applications is a plus.
Previous experience in mobile is a plus.
Experience with comScore/Nielsen.
