Account Manager Become
We are currently looking for a client services professional to serve as an Account Manager for our merchant client base. The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact and is responsible for merchant satisfaction and growth as well as representing the merchant?s needs and goals within the organization. The ideal candidate has experience with managing and growing strategic accounts. This person enjoys working in a fast paced start-up environment and will constantly seek out new challenges. The person will be responsible for numerous strategic and medium sized accounts and must have good prioritization skills with attention to detail. The position reports to the Director, North America Sales & Account Management.
? Build, manage and optimize relationships with assigned accounts. Maintain and grow current merchant base through strategic planning, key initiatives and relationship building.
? Work closely with appropriate decision makers at Channel Partners to achieve high merchant satisfaction and facilitate the recruitment of new merchants through these partners.
? Grow key metrics by facilitating adoption of new features, promotions and account optimization recommendations.
? Work closely with other teams (marketing, engineering, product management) in the organization as needed to ensure merchant satisfaction and provide merchant feedback.
? Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events as needed.
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills
? Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
? Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and grow customer relationships
? Thrives in a goal driven environment
? Knowledge of the Internet industry and Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce
? BA/BS degree required
? Start-up experience a plus
