ResellerRatings was founded in 1996 and is currently the web?s leading resource for helping shoppers find the best online retailers. Over the past year, we?ve seen substantial growth in our customer base, revenues and influence in the ecommerce space. ResellerRatings currently features over 1 million reviews for 40,000 online stores. Just recently, ResellerRatings was acquired by Answers and we are looking to expand our team.
Our new Account Manager will maintain and build relationships with all key ResellerRatings merchants. S/he will be responsible for familiarizing and integrating new merchants with our dashboard and tools.
Responsibilities include:
Working with online merchants to answer policy questions by email and phone
Providing best practice tips and guidance to use our site and our services most effectively
Handle billing inquiries and assist with billing setup and issues
Evaluating retailers' inquiries into the policies relating to customer reviews (based upon our published terms of service)
Supporting the sales team by integrating new merchants into our system and providing demonstrations of our merchant dashboard
Desired Skills & Experience:
3+ years experience as an Account Manager in the eCommerce retail space
Strong understanding of online media
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills required
Team player with a willingness to wear multiple hats
Strong organizational skills and quick turnaround
Ability to troubleshoot issues proactively
Basic knowledge of JavaScript
Proficient in Google Apps, Gmail
