Account Manager Axial
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Member Success Managers (MSMs as we call them here) are engaging, intelligent and love helping people. At AxialMarket, MSMs are the face of the company to our Members. You are who they rely on, you are their teacher on how to use our products, you are ?all-in? on making their Membership a success.
As an MSM, you?ll interface with private equity professionals, corporate C-level execs, investment bankers, M&A Advisors, corporate attorneys, M&A accountants, and CEOs of private middle market companies. You?re responsible for their success and adoption of our products and tools. This is achieved by educating and onboarding newly-joined Members to the network, monitoring their usage patterns, and stepping in and coaching them whenever you spot an opportunity to lend a smart pair of hands.
We measure MSM success with specific metrics that are always in front of you, so you know exactly how well you?re doing at any given time, and so you can spot troubled Members quickly and troubleshoot quickly.
Bachelor?s degree or higher
Zero to 2 years work experience
Superb customer interaction instincts; committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction
Client-readiness and relationship management skills a must
Ability to keep calm, diffuse tense situations, and ask meaningful questions to uncover needs and next steps
Your business writing and correspondence must be A level; we really value this
A work ethic you can prove; we have lots of fun here, but your ability to consistently have a big impact is required
Motivated to reach individual and team goals; works extremely well in a team environment
