Job Description
Account Management Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations associated with campaign, which include successfully and proactively:
Build solid customer relationships and act as point person for client questions and concerns
Testing ad creatives to ensure they are in compliance to individual site specifications. QA all ad types such as gif/jpg, flash, 3rd party served, rich media, etc.
Work closely with Ad Operations relating to trafficking and delivery of campaigns.
Oversee all campaign delivery and optimization efforts, offering suggestions for campaign improvements
Track campaign performance by monitoring and analyzing traffic trends; suggesting changes to the client and working with Inventory to implement the optimization plans in order to meet the contractual obligations of both company and the advertiser (client)
Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery through campaign delivery reporting
Manage campaign performance and make optimization recommendations
Provide clients/sales with any necessary campaign reporting
Overall accountability for accuracy and maintenance of weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad hoc reporting pertaining to clients.
Overall accountability for full recognition of contracted revenue, communicating with Finance and Sales regarding variances in actual vs contracted revenue. Meet weekly with Finance and Sales to discuss variance.
Respond quickly to company and client needs with a sense of urgency.
Work with several internal departments such as Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Sales Development
Daily/weekly communication with Sales Directors/Regional Directors concerning campaigns. Communicates with 3rd party companies or agencies when required.
Possess awareness and forward thinking in the evolution of all the company properties by increasing knowledge of new technologies, products, IAB standards, advertiser demands and client experiences.
Required Skills
2-3 years online or agency experience, mobile experience highly desirable

Digital Media Planning experience a plus!
