An Account Manager will lead implementations and build strong relationships with our partners to drive growth within existing partnerships while ensuring client retention. An ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Account Management and prior experience working with top brands and agencies across the online industry. An Account Manager will be expected to contribute to development of licensed and creative solutions for strategic partners.
This is an amazing opportunity to:
Directly manage your own projects from conception to completion. Lead passionate production and development teams working together to create the best casual games and websites online.
Work with high profile clients around the world to support pre- and post-launch operations. Build great relationships with the end goal of supporting the delivery of Arkadium games to millions of end users.
Provide a value added Account Management service to some of the top brands in the world. Act as the main contact to coordinate all phases of the production cycle including project kick-off, launch, maintenance, and on-going strategy.
Unite your team behind the project?s goals and vision and inspire them to create high quality products.
Make a footprint in the industry by capitalizing on Arkadium?s unique distribution network.

Great time management skills. Ensure that all projects are tracking properly to minimize issues (missed deliveries, payments, etc.)
Excellent communication skills. You can communicate ideas and project goals to clients and internal stakeholders both in the US and overseas.
Versatility. Use creativity to drive innovation and analytical skills to analyze your successes for future projects. You understand the balance between scope, time, and cost to create the highest quality games and websites.
Problem Solving Skills. You can find creative and logical solutions to complex situations and are able to relay them to team members and others in the organization.
Strong leadership. You do not falter under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced and competitive market.
