THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Account Manager at EXPO is responsible for supporting and growing client relationships as the day-to-day face of EXPO as well as leading the internal team in managing strategic projects and accounts including onboarding, strategic planning across content, ecommerce, social and digital channels, synchronization with multi-faceted branded agency partners, and post-program analysis for our growing list of F500 clients such as P&G, L'Oreal, Novartis, Kellogg and LG Electronics. The position will report to the Director of Client Service on the overall process of managing partner relations. The Account Manager will work closely with sales to meet and exceed all client expectations. They will also work with all cross-functional teams to execute all promotional programs. EXPO is a rapidly growing company looking for someone who is eager to do what it takes to identify new opportunities while over-delivering to our clients and expand our capabilities at large.
Oversee and develop strong client relationships in order to grow client business opportunities
Lead the on boarding of new clients to ensure smooth overall execution of content generation implementation of client specified usage throughout engagement
Responsible for identifying client strategy and aligning plans and timing with brand marketing plans at large, enhancing process, vendor relationships, sharing results, forecasting and tracking overall client programs
Communicate and strategize with key agency partners around broader adoption of consumer video content in marketing plans including:
Media Buying firm for iMedia usage
Search firms for SEO and SEM
Digital agency partners for website and mobile optimization
Shopper Marketers for distribution to key eRetail destinations
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure customer satisfaction and provide suggestions for optimization.
Prepare and deliver post-execution reporting and insights to formulate unique social media guidance for client, resulting in further engagement of EXPO services
Analyze quantitative data on all client programs to continuously improve product offering and workflow process
Work closely with assigned Sales Director and Director of Client Service to communicate any/all changes to campaigns, launch delays, delivery issues, optimization suggestions, etc.
Develops case studies and post program analysis collateral driving client renewal conversations
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree with at least 5 years' experience focused in online media or digital agency environment, MBA a plus
Ideal candidate has minimum of 3 years of prior account management experience in a sales organization for online media or digital agency
Demonstrated analytical, organized, detail-oriented strengths, including project management
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to pull data from multiple sources for analysis
Proven ability to handle conflict and solve problems in a professional manner
Experience in successful management of client relationships and navigation of partner organizations
Multi-tasker with record of successful prioritization
Understand how to set and manage multiple priorities, be proactive and turn ideas into actions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to "wear many hats"
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal, written or visual form to a variety of audiences, from the internal team to client executives
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
