Account Manager Flurry
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Account Manager with a passion for building relationships, supporting customers and closing business opportunities. This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate to be at the center of the exploding app-driven economy. In this role, you will contribute to the growth of Flurry?s business by driving agreements within the advertising landscape, data/analytics, setting up, trafficking, and launching ad campaigns with Ad Agencies, Brands and Developers to implement Flurry?s marketing solutions for iPhone, Android and Blackberry apps.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our top-tier advertising clients and agencies. In addition, you will be responsible for successfully managing all aspects of the client?s campaigns including strategy, planning, performance, troubleshooting, optimization, and reporting. Along with sales, you will manage customer relationships and ensure that we deliver on their campaign goals.
Manage and develop client relations in the early stages, from post-sale to campaign setup.
Alternate between a strategic, consultative approach to clients? businesses and the tactical, day-to-day management of client issues vital to successful and growing client relationships.
Manage day-to-day contact with active clients?troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate potential issues while monitoring campaign performance.
Optimize, pace, and track campaigns.
Analyze performance and make suggestions that mutually benefit advertisers and publishers.
Coordinate activities with various Flurry teams such as sales operations and business development in order to drive advertiser performance & satisfaction.
