If so, iCrossing is looking for a new Account Manager in our New York office.
Responsibilities:
iCrossing Account Managers are committed to developing and achieving client objectives and becoming the trusted advisor for our clients? interactive marketing needs. For this particular role, our ideal candidate has experience as a client partner across multiple channels including web development, and keep up to date on current trends in the digital space.
As an Account Manager you must be a solution oriented thinker, understand the depth and breadth of iCrossing services, and be able to advise clients on strategies to meet their digital marketing objectives. iCrossing Account Managers must feel comfortable working with individuals at all levels within our client?s organizations and be able to work across cross functional teams (technical, creative and analytic/strategy). You must be able to understand marketing planning processes and you must be able to work closely with our delivery teams to insure that client requirements and expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
Qualifications:
Required Experience
5+ years digital marketing experience including a mix of web development , digital campaign development, display advertising, site experiences, rich media, email and social.
Proven experience working across cross functional teams
Thorough understanding of online marketing and its role and importance in overall marketing strategy
Detail oriented and client focused
Proven ability to work across multiple accounts or projects
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Proven experience working on a large team and can work collaboratively and individually
