If so, iCrossing is looking for a new Account Manager in our New York office.
iCrossing Account Managers are committed to developing and achieving client objectives and becoming the trusted advisor for our clients? interactive marketing needs. For this particular role, our ideal candidate has experience as a client partner across multiple digital channels including, SEM (paid or natural search) and performance display, has experience working with creative teams, and keeps up to date on current trends in the digital space.
As an Account Manager you must be a solution oriented thinker, understand the depth and breadth of iCrossing services, and be able to lead internal teams and client communications to achieve digital marketing objectives. iCrossing account managers must feel comfortable working with individuals at all levels within our client?s organizations and be able to work across cross functional teams (media, technical, creative and analytic/strategy). You must be able to understand marketing planning processes and you must be able to work closely with our delivery teams to insure that client requirements and expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
Bachelor?s Degree plus 3 years of experience as an Account Manager
2-5 years digital marketing experience including a mix of SEM/SEO , social media, and performance display experience
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Detail oriented and client serviced focused
Strong understanding of online marketing and its role and importance in overall marketing strategy
Proven experience working across cross-functional teams
A highly motivated professional with a strong desire to learn and increase your digital skills, while exceling in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry
