Account Manager isocket
The job: account management, ad operations, and client services - the triple threat! You help ensure that campaigns are running smoothly and keep customers happy.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of digital advertiser experience to build on existing knowledge of the fast-growing and ever-changing digital advertising space at one of the hottest ad tech startups. isocket is building technology to automate the direct buying and selling of reserved inventory, and we?re looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic individual to help to ensure that engine is humming and our customers are happy.
Do you like hats? Good, because you?ll wear many. You?ll help buyers get up and running with their first campaigns. You?ll help publishers complete their integration and setup. You?ll be responsible for providing strategic guidance, as well as technical and operational support to clients. You?ll work closely with the sales team on both the buy and sell sides to ensure campaign delivery, performance, and success. You?ll play a critical role in helping to define and shape the products we build for customers. You?ll come to understand the display ad ecosystem as well as the nuances of various ad technologies, ad servers, and ad tags.
This will be a full time role and we are currently seeking candidates in our South Village, NYC office.
You?ve got to be a creative and analytical self-starter that thrives in - and can adapt to - a fast-paced environment.
You?ll need to have a demonstrated track record of being able to juggle multiple priorities, both independently and as a part of a team.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and superb written and verbal communication skills are a must.
You?ve got to have an innate curiosity to understand how things work and how you can make things better. The isocket DNA is one of solving complex problems, and we?ll look to you to not only be a problem-solver, but a problem-seeker-outer-and-destroyer.
1-2 years of relevant experience in digital advertising required - i.e. ad operations, analyst, media planning, etc
Some of the best account managers folks come from a range of backgrounds, from english to engineering. The key characteristics are being organized, not letting things fall through the cracks, able to solve problems without all the data you'd like, etc. You should enjoy complex systems rather than being overwhelmed by them.
