Account Manager Medialets
Medialets is looking for an Account Manager to manage our relationships with the world's leading mobile web publishers.
The position is full time and based in the company's Headquarters. This is a great opportunity to join a company defining a new space in the mobile rich media advertising industry.
The Account Manger is responsible for servicing all aspects of clients' accounts from implementation to optimization and will play a critical role.
The Account Manager will work closely and collaboratively with the Sales, Business Development, Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver best of breed customer service.
The Account Manager will play an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product needs and will also be responsible for educating advertisers and publishers about all aspects of our tools and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives.
The Account Manager will be responsible for successful campaign management operations by proactively:
Building and owning client relationships and serving as clients'
primary contact by providing them insight and advice regarding every aspect of their account
Monitoring performance and delivery to enable our publisher
customers to maximize their achieved revenue
Using data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop valuable and strategic recommendations to ensure customer retention and growth
Identifying opportunities and pathways for campaign success
Managing assigned client's ad network portfolio, making
recommendations for changes and seeking out new opportunities for improvement
Compiling performance evaluations for each client, highlighting the value that Medialets adds
Executing timely responses to client requests and ensure their
Ensuring the contract billing process is correctly administered
Demonstrate ability to take ownership and accountability
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, being capable of conveying an issue clearly, making points concisely and ensuring all sides understand each other
Prior client management experience (internal and external) preferred - including proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
Strong troubleshooting skills, with creative ability to overcome
challenges and achieve resolution
Comfortable with test and learn approach for best practice sharing
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
Understanding of web-based applications
Ability to address clients urgent needs and manage deadlines to achieve client satisfaction.
Passion and desire to play a key role in driving a new business to success in the mobile rich media advertising technology space
3 years experience in Sales / Account Management with a deep understanding of the online advertising industry, preferably from the perspective of a publisher or ad network
BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record or relevant combination of education and experience
Experience with online advertising management (ad serving) systems,self service bidding systems, or online shopping engine systems a major plus
Client-facing Ad Agency / Publisher / Ad Network / Advertising
Technology Vendor / Technical Engineering or Account Management experience in the interactive marketing space a plus.
