The Ideal Candidate
We?re looking to hire an Account Manager with high achieving experience to work at Parse.ly. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong business acumen and experience of growing and sustaining customer accounts. We?re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and understands how important they are to our business. You should be obsessed with organization and vigilant about staying on top of tasks. You should have a track record for maneuvering through organizations, uncovering opportunities, and building referral relationships to penetrate accounts.
As an early employee you?ll be working directly with executives at Parse.ly, and your work will directly impact most aspects of the company.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with our customers
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
Play an integral role in demonstrating value to potential customers to help close deals
Keep track and engage with multiple accounts. You're going to have a lot of customers, so you'll have to set goals and execute them
Customer follow up and regular account management
Monitor and analyze performance to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
Facilitate the on boarding of new clients to ensure smooth overall implementation of customer
2-3 years related account management/sales experience, ideally for a SaaS company
Communicate clearly in order to explain technical ideas to people that get them and people that don't
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Dedicated to improving inefficient processes at Parse.ly
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Expert at Microsoft Office Suite and Google products like GMail, Google Docs, Calendar
Experience with or an interest in Startup culture
