The Account Manager will act as the point-of-contact for booked client campaigns and lead day-to-day management and execution against all campaign deliverables within designated territory. The Account Manager will also assist in planning and proposal development in response to client RFPs. This position reports to the Director of Account Management located in New York.
Develop and maintain client relationships as well as manage general and specialized client requests.
Leads day-to-day management and execution of campaign deliverables; maintaining campaign timelines.
Account Manager will act as point-of-contact for all booked campaigns within designated territory.
Assist sales team in strategy development and campaign planning.
Responsible for campaign order management.
Creates post campaign summary reporting and overall analysis.
Management of avails, inventory and ad specs across all properties within the Total Beauty Media network
Works with the Adops team to monitor all active campaign reporting; assists in necessary optimizations
Secures and submits screen shots upon campaign go live and along with subsequent client reporting requests.
Bachelor's degree, 2+ years interactive advertising industry experience required
Highly detail oriented as well as deadline driven
Ability to multi-task
Extremely detail-oriented, organized and highly motivated
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Experience in developing client presentations is a plus
Knowledge of DART/OAS is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
