Summary: Provide exceptional service to Market Force Information client base through the maintenance of our business relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for oversight of monthly project maintenance, included but not limited to ensuring each project is set-up and activated in a timely manner; site file management; processing assignments in Research and Review AM in a timely manner; submitting Work Request forms to R&D; reviewing Inquiry and Invalid reports to determine project updates/enhancements; maintaining accurate project documentation; and other project management tasks as required.
Maintain client relationship and program oversight for our clients.
Manages the successful implementation of new client contracts. Responsible for adherence to all contract specifications.
Collaborate with clients to implement program and/or questionnaire changes, and communicate changes to relevant support departments.
Responsible for submission of accurate financial and program volume estimates and client invoicing on a monthly basis.
Ensure successful delivery of Market Force Information products and services.
Responsible for delivery of client reporting via client-branded reporting websites, tabulated reports and other related client reporting such as FTP, XML, or other automated reporting jobs.
Create reporting specifications to meet client?s custom reporting needs and work with IS team to deliver to clients.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree required.
3 ? 5 years experience managing day to day relationship for large client accounts in one of the following verticals: CPG, Restaurant & Hospitality, Retail, Drug & Grocery, Petroleum/Convenience, Banking & Financial Service Institutions, Telecom or Manufacturing.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
