The buuteeq Account Manager (North America & Amsterdam) successfully articulates value, inspires and empowers customers in adopting the buuteeq Cloud DMS. This individual is a trusted advisor and coach, the post-sales success leader and they provide customers with a deliverable success roadmap.
Manage customer expectations in a professional, timely and thorough manner.
Nurture customer relationships by listening to needs and by seeking fair and timely solutions on behalf of customers.
Marshal customers to be references, provide quotes, develop case studies, participate in events.
Master the detailed functions and features of buuteeq BackOffice.
Demonstrate experience leveraging social networks to achieve business ROI.
Initiate and close upsell opportunities.
Deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and, where necessary, support the renewals process to minimize customer attrition.
1+ years in web marketing, account management or project management
BA from four year university or equivalent.
Comfortable communication with customers: cool/calm/positive.
Ability to pivot and to prioritize.
Passionate about finding solutions any time, any place, any way.
Strong voice in a team environment.
Knowledge of Zendesk and Salesforce a plus.
