Account Manager, Online Active Network

Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide high level client service, acting as day-to-day contact for online advertising and marketing clients · Project manage implementation of media campaigns and custom development within the Active Network properties
· Flawless implementation and execution to ensure the highest quality of internal and external customer satisfaction
· Review Insertion Orders to confirm accuracy and execute against contracted deliverables
· Own the success of campaigns against contract goals
· Proactively plan, anticipate potential issues, and independently undertake steps to improve performance
· Provide internal stakeholders with detailed campaign analysis, including performance summary and optimization recommendations
· Modify campaign implementation based on direct client requests
· Manage media agency and direct advertisers expectations with regards to media campaign goals, ensuring successful relationships and renewal of media insertion order
· Manage production of creative development (banner ads, email creative, web pages, etc.)
· Report media campaign performance regularly
Skills & Qualifications:
· 5+ years experience interacting with agencies, publishers, and/or clients
· Bachelors degree from an accredited four year college or university
· Strong project management skills
· Current knowledge of online marketing best practices
· Extensive marketing experience with ability to optimize campaigns against various performance goals
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Delivery and solution focused attitude
· Technical aptitude and analytical propensity
· Experience working with ad servers (DART) and web analytics
· Experience working with rich media vendors
· Based in San Diego
