Account Manager iMODULES

The Account Manager works within the Account Management team to cultivate relationships with clients to ensure they are maximizing their results from the Encompass software. They listen, build relationships, demonstrate the features and benefits, serve as the client advocate, drive renewal and up-sell/cross-sell revenue and are ultimately responsible for client success.
Responsibilities:
Maintain consistent and open communication with named list of clients
Respond to escalated technical issues and communicate a resolution timeframe when necessary
Establish relationship with client to ensure highest level of customer service/customer success/customer satisfaction
Encourage software adoption
Provide recommendations on utilization of software features
Identify when software usage is below established thresholds and work with client to increase usage
Drive renewal process toward attainment of goals
Generate renewal agreements, renewal notifications and communication regarding the contract renewal process
Drive the contract renewal to conclusion per the established renewal process
Grow account revenue
Identify cross-sell opportunities across the organization
Identify and close add-on sales opportunities
Project Management
Oversee project management of add-on sales projects (design services, professional services, data services, etc.)
Strategic consultant
Consult with clients on how to translate advancement goals/efforts into effective online initiatives using Encompass
Internal collaboration
Engage with sales, product management, software development, marketing and finance teams at iModules to ensure customer satisfaction
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
Previous account management experience required, preferably in the SaaS software industry
Experience working in higher education, as an ?employee of? or ?provider to?
Alumni/constituent relations, fundraising or marketing/communications experience, preferably in higher education or the broader non-profit market
Possess excellent communication skills
Maintain a strong focus on customer service
Understanding of social media, content management systems, email marketing and data collection systems required
Advance knowledge of the internet, website development, HTML and design preferred
Strong PC skills, including MS Office
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required ?
Position Opening:
This is a full-time position located in Overland Park, Kansas. Total compensation includes base salary and commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid leave time and 401k plan with company match.
