Account Manager houzz
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED You are a sales and customer support professional who has worked in ad sales or an account management role. You have a great phone voice, friendly personality, are a smart and a hard worker, tech savvy and are skilled in what it takes to maintain and retain accounts. You are known for your your customer service skills. Your written and verbal communication skills are impeccable. You enjoy working with existing accounts, servicing and upselling them. You are a great listener, but also passionate about the product you represent.
You will manage Houzz professionals who have purchased our local marketing programs. You'll reach out to existing accounts shortly after they are sold, review their analytics, and help them improve their Houzz profile, and maintain an ongoing relationship.

Desired Skills & Experience
Several years of sales experience and/or customer support.
Internet related experience and understanding
Account Management, Upsell and support position in intangibles, i.e. advertising, financial services
Verifiable track record of success
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Excellent references from managers to whom you have reported
Familiarity with CRM tools (example: Salesforce.com)
Start-up experience a plus
Comfortable working over the phone with use of onscreen presentation
Bachelor?s degree minimum
