The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned accounts with the goals of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and value recognition. A large portion of your work will involve written correspondence and customer calls with customers in small and midsize companies, as well as liaising with internal teams. This role is located in Phoenix, AZ.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for all customer communications gathering feedback and advocating between the customer and internal teams such as Product and Engineering.
Assist customers with onboarding including understanding the customer?s objectives, collecting customer information, and ensuring that fulfillment teams have sufficient materials to achieve the customer?s needs.
Consult with your customer on social media best practices and guide them towards improving their online presence.
Ensure successful delivery of customer solutions.
Assist in the discovery of new customer initiatives and opportunities.
Understand customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ways to achieve them.
Conduct all customer training.
Communicate regularly with customers.
Provide technical/functional support, advice, social media guidance and SEO/online reputation best practices to customers and prospective customers.
Thrive in a busy work environment with a high volume of tasks.
In real time, accurately track and record customer communications in Salesforce.
Be a positive contributor to ?the team? in order to maximize Reputation.com?s short and long term revenue targets.
Necessary Skills & Requirements:
Background in account management preferred
Knowledge, interests and excitement about social media.
General grasp of and comfort with technology.
Track record of success in a fast-paced, independent environment.
Strong analytical, consulting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Willingness to do ?whatever it takes? to get the job done and help colleagues.
Immediate responsiveness to all internal and external inquiries, ability to multitask.
Enthusiasm for learning new topics, sharing knowledge with others.
Excellent written and verbal skills
Meticulous record-keeping abilities. Salesforce.com familiarity is helpful.
Self-starter and works well without continuous supervision
Undergraduate degree completed, or nearing completion.
