Account Manager Branding Brand
Branding Brand is looking for all-star Account Managers with a desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Here, you'll manage a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and provide support for their mobile commerce initiatives, including mobile sites, apps, and branded tablet experiences. Our Account Managers consistently provide excellent customer service and represent client needs and goals within the organization.
Responsibilities
Day to day primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts ? in person and via phone
Owns client contracts, renewals, and upsales
Manages and approves all change order requests
Provides consultative role in helping clients optimize sales through their mobile and social channels
Supports and manages ongoing client projects and new initiatives
Works closely with the project team to maintain working knowledge of project status and manage potential issues
Communicates the client?s goals and represents the client?s interests to the team
Delivers performance reporting and optimization recommendations to clients
Builds strong relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
Desired Skills & Experience
Undergraduate degree (BA/BS)
2+ years of post-college work in sales, account management, or internet retailing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable interacting with and managing large clients
Strong organizational and time management skills
Motivated, goal oriented, and skilled negotiator
High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
Quota-carrying account management or sales experience, with a track record of satisfied clients and performance
Strong working knowledge of website and mobile UI
