Account Manager OmniGuide

Primary Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
1. Execution Orientation:
1.1. Create and execute weekly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
1.2. Manage and grow disposable and capital business within a defined group of accounts.
1.3. Grow business by adding new surgeons users, and increasing utilization with current surgeon
users.
1.4. Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas.
1.5. Sell or lease capital equipment to existing customers.
1.6. Maintain accurate account records.
1.7. Ensure effective coverage and customer support, including attending surgical procedures, within
defined accounts.
1.8. Manage expenses.
2. Influence and Selling Skills
2.1. Identify, establish, and maintain productive relationships with key decision makers.
2.2. Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations.
2.3. Represent OmniGuide, Inc. at industry conferences.
2.4. Develop and implement strategies to counter competitive products.
3. Customer Service:
3.1. Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints.
3.2. Educate customers to ensure product understanding and effective usage.
3.3. Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional company image.
4. Communication and Company Support:
4.1. Contribute to the development of a strong team effort.
4.2. Actively participate and lead company initiatives such as product launches, key customer
educational and training programs, and strategic planning sessions.
4.3. Communicate market intelligence/competitive product activity.
5. Self Development and Product Knowledge:
5.1. Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge.
5.2. Demonstrate a high level of organization
5.3. Demonstrate good strategic thinking and decision making skills
5.4. Recognize and understand competitive products, features and strengths in relation to
OmniGuide, Inc.?s products.
5.5. Actively participate in skills development programs.

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:
1. 2+ years business to business sales experience with documented results
2. Demonstrate success in a previous sales role; indicate a high level of sales performance.
3. Must be able to present to and educate medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel.
4. Must be computer literate.
5. BA/BS degree required
6. Must be able to travel on occasion (10% or less annually).
