Account Manager EnTouch Controls
The position requires travel up to 25%. Travel is not limited to any specific region. A majority of time is spent in an office environment. After hours work and out-of-town trips are necessary. Must be willing to cover periodic night and weekend on-call rotations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in an engineering, math or business discipline (a Masters Degree is a plus)
Two to five years of customer relationship experience preferred
Very high attention to detail.
Ability to remotely troubleshoot issues working with a wide range of customer skillsets
Ability to analyze data to find trends and display the results of findings to many levels of customer organizations
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to independently prioritize workload and bring projects and tasks to closure
MS-Office: Excel & PowerPoint experience required
Ability to learn the capabilities, functions and interrelationships between the hardware and software that encompasses the EnTouch solution
Exposure & experience with CRM and Call Center Ticket tracking solutions preferred

The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the customer after the EnTouch solution is sold and installed. The managed services delivered to the customer include remote customer support, proactive review of customer portfolio to ensure optimum benefit is being achieved, and the creation and delivery of monthly and quarterly account updates. He/she will need the necessary skills and experience to troubleshoot issues with the solution, train users on the solution, and seek out ways to meet the on-going business needs of the customer. To accomplish these tasks, the candidate must possess a high degree of curiosity, be willing to handle a wide variety of customer issues and requests and demonstrate creative problem solving skills. The candidate must become the prime customer advocate internally and the prime EnTouch advocate with the customer. The Account Manager will need to display professionalism and strive for excellence to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with the managed services delivered to the customer. The Account Manager will handle incoming support calls from the EnTouch customer base, solving the issues whenever possible and escalating to the EnTouch Engineering group when necessary. The Account Manager must work well with all other functions within EnTouch to deliver solutions to the customer.
