This key team member provides strategic account management, client service, outcomes management, and clinical relationship building for our partner hospitals. The Account Manager is responsible for full account management including (but not limited to):
Advancing and managing the client relationship
Increasing and maximizing system utilization
Developing strategic account plans in order to generate successful outcomes and to drive improvements in key metrics
Conducting quarterly review meetings with executive team
Demonstrating new product features and enhancements and offering new services and expanded features.
All activities are conducted in an effort to maintain strong client relationships and the highest levels of client satisfaction while delivering value and results.
Highly seasoned account management skills with a consultative approach are required with experience dealing with all levels including "C" suite. Sales (farming) skills are a plus but this is NOT a sales position. This key team member is responsible for the client relationship and account ownership after the contract is earned.
This team member will display and deliver 'above and beyond' service and consistently look and create opportunities to go the 'extra mile'. This person will be self-managed, and will work and report remotely. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hospital environment.
Extensive account management experience with the ability to build and expand key relationships at all levels and within various functional areas of the hospital are required. These diverse areas include hospital C-Level Executives, Administration, Nursing, Informatics, Marketing, Service Excellence, IT, Facilities, Quality, and Engineering etc.
Must be extremely polished and possess strong interpersonal, facilitation, listening and relationship building skills.
This position reports to the Director of Client Services
Education and Experience
Bachelor?s degree and minimum of 5 to 7 years account management experience required.
Account management experience working with hospitals or in healthcare is required. Nursing and clinical experience is a big plus and highly preferred.
