Account Manager Tremor Video
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Account Manager has responsibility for managing Tremor Video's Advertiser and Agency relationships, reviewing account activity and identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns and up-sell clients on additional media spend. The AM works closely with sales representatives as deals close and then with Tremor Video's Ad Ops and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are launched/delivered effectively and efficiently and then follows-up with campaign performance to the client.
Assisting assigned sales representative to ensure a smooth transition from sale to campaign execution to campaign wrap-up.
Collecting/organizing creative and trafficking assets received from the client ? acting as liaison between the client and our internal traffic and creative/production departments.
Ensuring all Tremor Video internal teams involved in campaign execution are informed as to client expectations, special requests and timelines.
Work with clients to discuss and analyze reports and delivery results, and address any concerns with client regarding performance, etc.
Working in tandem with sales representatives on building client relationships, which would include:
Being involved and kept abreast of client expectations and deliverables.
Garnering a true understanding of the client?s needs/goals.
Being in regular contact with client to ensure their needs are met, answer questions they may have, etc.
Identifying and working with sales to close up-sell opportunities.
Strong communication skills and an assertive but professional attitude
Basic knowledge of ad serving technologies and ad ops processes
2+ yrs Account Management/Client Services and/or Online Media Planning experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as a familiarity with Creative programs and terminology (Flash, Photoshop, QuickTime)
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
