About the Job:
This is a salaried role. You will help us answer our customer's questions, serving as the first point of contact for potential and current customers. This job requires a great attitude and strong client relation skills.
You will interact with real customers, figuring out if we're solving their problems, and how we can solve problems better.
You will help us understand trends, and report those trends to the management team.
Your goal will be to recognize and qualify leads, assisting our sales team in growing our client base. .
You are a "people" person. You love working with customers: listening to them and solving problems. You excel at account management or sales, but you have a very strong customer service & customer success orientation.
You hold a bachelors degree from a 4 year college, and are eager to put your smarts to work.
If you haven't held an official sales/account management title you have the chuzpah and energy to hit the ground running anyway, drawing from your life experience and learning as you go.
You are comfortable and prepared for answering questions over the phone.

A strong technology affiliation. You pay attention to what?s new in tech, and have an innate desire to understand how things work.
You can work onsite in our (nice) office in San Francisco, CA.
Entrepreneurial and leadership experience of some variety, such as starting a business, leading a team or club.
