viagogo ? the international ticket exchange? ? is growing quickly and is looking to hire ambitious, intelligent, and talented people to help expand our business.
The Account Manager, based in San Francisco, offers you a chance to make a big impact. Your main responsibility will be to help with the day to day management of current clients.
You?ll manage the relationship, operations, and maintenance for current clients that include sports teams, music promoters, theater managers, venues, and others that run live events to ensure we are delivering on all aspects of our agreement.
You will build on your strengths, develop new skills, and be part of the core team that expands viagogo?s growing presence in North America.
Travel will be required as part of the role, as you will be managing accounts across the US. Depending on time of year, approximate travel time is estimated up to 25%.

Responsibilities:
The role will vary depending on business needs, but potential projects could include:
Manage the day to day relationships, operations, and maintenance of in house accounts in professional sports, college sports, music, theatre, and other live events
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts while simultaneously ensuring we deliver all aspects of agreement
Meet or exceed sales and service goals
Continue to develop existing accounts and relationships
Work with the Senior Account Manager in North America to help build viagogo's strong reputation with its customer base
Skills and Attributes:
Interest in the sports, live music and hospitality industries
High degree of attention to detail, professionalism, curiosity, and optimism, with an eye for possibilities that will drive the business forward
Proven experience achieving and exceeding goals with minimal direct supervision
A sense of humor and positive, ?make-it-work? attitude
Must be comfortable with standard office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
Sales and/or account management experience preferred but not required
Bachelors degree
Pre-MBA role (no graduate degree required)
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
