We are seeking a self-motivated and hard-working Account Manager.
Be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas
Responsible for prospecting, discovery analysis, product demonstrations and closing business deals
Will be targeting and communicating at C-level executive levels
Build, establish and maintain relationships with channel partners (Cisco background preferred)
Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested
Exercises judgment with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Work with leadership to develop and execute sales campaigns to accelerate territory growth
Follow-up on leads/customer inquiries, developing new accounts, offering creative solutions to business problems and determining required pricing and services to close business
Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred, with a minimum of 2 ? 3 years of direct sales experience in the
Enterprise Software Solutions Market required
Have the ability to execute on multiple priorities, be highly successful in a fast paced environment and a proven track record of exceeding quota
Experience with Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint required
Knowledge of networking equipment i.e. Cisco highly desired
Must be customer service focused
Excellent communication skills required
Strong work ethic and time management skills
Location: San Jose, CA
Travel Requirement: Potential average of 30% domestic locations
