FirstRain is seeking an Account Manager to provide strategic business leadership in assigned key
accounts, delivering world-class customer satisfaction and driving new business. The Account Manager
will build and manage executive relationships, monitor deployment projects, engage the Leadership team
and lead a talented virtual team across FirstRain.
Responsibilities:
? Partner throughout the customer?s organization to build strategic relationships within the account,
generating enthusiasm, driving expansion in the account and increasing revenue for our solutions.
? Solutions-sell at the most strategic level within the account, implementing a broad product and
services strategy aligning to senior executive priorities.
? Leverage relationship-building skills, key account planning, roadmap sharing, and solicitation of
feedback to develop effective plans with top accounts.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience engaging with senior executives within large enterprise customers.
? Previous success developing strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
? Outstanding interpersonal, communication, analytical and presentation skills are required.
? Strategic thinking with proven excellence in strategic account planning and delivery and in
mapping out complex sales cycles across business units.
? Excellent organization and collaboration skills and a passion for developing best practices within
virtual teams.
? Four years+ experience managing sales and/or alliances for large, critically important enterprise
technology customers and a track record of exceeding expectations/quotas.
? Five years+ experience in corporate sales for software, services in the enterprise market segment
or an equivalent, experience in the SaaS, software, Internet or media industries and experience
with Salesforce.com, Oracle and other CRM solutions.
? B.A. or B.S. degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing or a related field.
? The position will be based at FirstRain headquarters in San Mateo, CA.
