Account Manager BioIQ
Job DescriptionBioIQ is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with corporate users of BioIQ?s biometric screening solutions. The position primarily involves interfacing with healthcare professionals at some of the nation?s top corporations and guiding them through the preparation, launch, duration, and wrap-up of their or their client's screening program. This is a rare opportunity for a professional to build vendor-client communication skills and contribute to a rapidly growing company with a fun, team-oriented attitude.
Note: This is not a sales position.
The Account Manager will:
Walk client through health screening program launch details
Assist client in effectively promoting screening program to their employees
Communicate frequently with client during program to answer questions and identify any potential issues
Gather feedback from the client and communicate back to management along with suggested action plans
Maintain up-to-date program metrics for each client
Prepare and deliver program summary to client
Drive revenue through existing channels
Work closely with the Sales Team to identify the appropriate product offering and any special requirements for a given client
Work closely with the Product Team to align the development of existing and new products with the needs of clients
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree
3-7 years of relevant experience (including account management and sales support)
Able to work full-time at BioIQ's Santa Barbara, CA office
Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
Entrepreneurial attitude; ability to perform well and be cross-functional in a young organization
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and organizational skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships
High comfort level with standard business software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and collaborative web tools (Google Docs)
Working knowledge of graphics software (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
Experience in the healthcare or HR industry is a plus, as is knowledge of relevant issues such as HIPAA

Compensation
This is a full time position that includes a competitive base salary, stock options, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and a fun, dynamic, and social working environment. You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
