Account Manager Commerce360
As an Account Manager at Acquisio, we'll count on you to help our clients grow their business by taking advantage of all of the benefits our technology has to offer. You'll work closely with Sales Executives, Client Support, and our Product Management team to make sure that everything goes smoothly for the client, both in the implementation process and then throughout the relationship. It will be up to you to ensure that are customers are happy and engaged, and to drive revenue.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
You'll be the clients' primary point of contact with Acquisio for anything they need. You'll need to do an excellent job of building a strong relationships with your clients and keeping them happy
You'll help clients define a plan and schedule for specific client Key Performance Indicators and business objectives, and then you'll work with the client to make sure that Acquisio helps them achieve those objectives
You'll foster ongoing communication with your clients, taking the opportunity to showcase Acquisio whenever possible so that they understand our full product offering and what the platform can do
You'll be able to talk about Acquisio's functionality and benefits in your sleep, as well as in the elevator, and in client meetings and presentations with C-Suite and management staff within client organizations
You'll work closely with the Sales Executive to manage the business relationship and make sure that the happy client stays happy...and a client
You'll be ultimately responsible for the account's performance and the revenue it generates
You'll stay abreast of how your clients are using the Acquisio platform, and will take proactive steps to ensure that they are taking advantage of all of the platform's features
You'll provide real-world feedback to the executive, sales, product management, support, and marketing departments so that we can make our product and our product marketing even better
You'll work across departments (legal, analytics, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize your clients' account performance
ABOUT YOU:
To be right for the Account Manager position, you'll have:
A minimum of 8 years' experience in managing accounts and handling customer relations tasks in a Web environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
A creative, out-of-the-box thought process
The ability to learn fast, with enough of a self-starter nature that you don't need babysitting
The ability to work (and play) well with others
A results-driven approach to growing revenues and presenting new initiatives
The skills to manage complex client organizations and meet (or exceed) their expectations
Technical skillz (yes, the 'z' on 'skillz' is intentional?and clever, we think) in standard office programs like Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. If you already know how to use Salesforce to document and track how clients are doing, you get brownie points
