Position: Account Manager
Location: Seattle, WA.
EnvestnetTamarac is looking for an Account Manager to manage client accounts for the full life cycle of their contracts, as well as be the main point of contact between the client and internal departments.
?Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
?Resolve one-off customer requests and situations. This includes identifying, managing and resolving client issues until full resolution.
?Conduct welcome calls and act as liaison between clients and internal Tamarac departments during client implementations and beyond.
?Document client inquiries and reported problems and provide feedback to Tamarac's R&D and Professional Services & Consulting departments.
?Become knowledgeable and proficient using all Tamarac products.
?Maintain client records in Dynamics CRM
?Manage, deliver and follow up on the Client Satisfaction Survey
?Work closely with proactive Account Management team to identify clients that need special projects completed and manage the process to ensure success with high revenue generating clients.
?Work with clients who have large issues or problems that need to be resolved. This includes coordinating all of the appropriate resources within the organization to ensure the ongoing success of the client.
?Resolve client inquiries regarding Support hours
?Coordinate remote and onsite training
?Address one-off client questions from internal sources (these come from ALL teams)
?Attend transition calls for clients transitioning to support on all products
?Register all new clients for Tamarac University
?Coordinate integration projects (MGP, Laserfiche).
?Follow Up on past due invoices.
?Perform reoccurring touch base calls with clients.

?5+ years? experience in a financial services atmosphere, specifically the registered advisory, brokerage or financial services industry
?Ability to deliver quality service and problem solving skills remotely to clients and communicate complicated concepts in a concise and articulate way
?Experience in account management or service and support
?Ability to pick up new technology quickly
?Strong verbal and written communication skills
?Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills
?Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
?Must work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
?Must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and absolutely confidential with all matters
?Intermediate computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
?Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
