Account Manager Allegiance
Position Summary
As an Account Manager at Allegiance, you will own the client relationship post-implementation/post-launch. You will be tasked with nurturing and building client relationships as you partner with your clients to take their businesses to the next level. You'll be responsible for the ongoing success of their VOC programs, ultimately ensuring referrals and renewals.
Responsibilities
Be intimately knowledgeable about all of Allegiance's products and offerings
Own the client account/relationship (for multiple accounts)
Build long-term, deep relationships at various levels within client organizations
Understand clients' ongoing businesses, objectives, and issues
Design "Year 2 Strategies"
Work with clients as their partners to help them address their needs and challenges
Respond to ad hoc inquiries and requests
Proactively review client programs
Conduct account reviews
Retain existing business
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Account Managers will deliver the highest-possible level of service, be extremely client-focused, and work proactively with accounts to ensure satisfaction and renewal.

Education and Experience
BS or BA; MBA a plus
Prior account management experience required.
