The key focus of this position is to help provide leadership and direction to the Customer Service/Account Management department at MediConnect Global. The person we are looking for is passionate about helping people, honest, a positive thinker with a can-do attitude who is excited to work with a growing company that values hard work and dedication. Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective strategic business plans for all assigned accounts
Lead a team of highly competent Customer Service Managers and Representatives
Expand existing client business by developing strong long-term relationships with customers by anticipating needs, and educating the client on additional value-added services available to them.
Research and resolve service issues in a timely fashion, and demonstrate a proactive, solution-based approach to enhance the client experience
Establish and deliver on quarterly individual and team goals
Identify and create operational best practices in Customer Service.
Ensure that Customer Service staff are properly trained and mentored.
Expected Competencies
Account Management skills and experience
Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading large customer-based projects
Ability to quickly understand the client, their products, industry and needs
Excellent team player with a passion for achieving goals
Proven skills in leading and managing an effective and successful customer-focused team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Analytical and problem solving abilities to research and resolve questions and concerns.
Ability to present results and strategy at the senior management level
Absolute Integrity
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
Comfortable with learning new software applications
Self starter, self-sufficient, self-motivated
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, client management and problem resolution skills
Experience with Health Insurance, Life Insurance or Legal Sectors is desired but not required
