Account Manager Internet Broadcasting Systems

The Account Manager is a primary liaison between IB and our clients, responsible for relationship development, expectation management and fulfillment, and overall customer satisfaction.
Client Satisfaction: Convert IB's clients into raving fans through exceptional customer service, clear and frequent communication, competent work and rapid response to issues and requests. Manage client expectations and deliver on commitments.
Client Success: Help clients realize the potential of IB's platform by guiding them to products and services that will advance their business and strategic objectives. As needed, offer education and insights to help clients understand the digital space.
Voice of Customer: Represent client interests within IB, in a way that helps the organization understand and respond to client needs and objectives.
Contract Management: Monitor IB's delivery of contracted products and services. Anticipate questions and ensure that issues are addressed as they arise.
Issue Management: Working with other departments as needed, ensure that problems and work requests are processed, monitored and communicated appropriately. This often involves interfacing with support and technology experts and translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Required:
B.A. in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
3-5 years related experience managing external relationships with a revenue impact.
Strong knowledge and familiarity with digital media landscape and trends.
Experience working within a technology organization, preferably a digital media company.
Creative thinking skills; ability to quickly develop innovative ideas and solutions.
Outstanding relationship-building skills with external and internal stakeholders and departments.
Ability to be an ad hoc team leader, facilitating solutions and managing action plans.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment.
Superior organizational skills, relentless attention to detail.
Job requires working on a personal computer for extended periods of time, an average of 7 hours per day.
Job may require occasional work on evenings and weekends, as necessary to manage urgent issues or meet project deadlines.
Job requires frequent communication via telephone and e-mail.
Job requires occasional travel for client meetings.
