We are currently looking for an Account Manager.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Manage a named Tier one account within DDN's Cloud, Content & Media Business Unit.
Close new business opportunities by gaining a thorough technical and business understanding of clients' needs in order to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
Maintain customer satisfaction and grow installed base.
Understand the CC & M sales process and how to utilize company executives and resources to maximize business.
Participate in customer-focused seminars, tradeshows, events, and training.
In conjunction with technical team, provide RFP responses, technical drawings, presentations, and recommendations.
Acquire and maintain a thorough technical and procedural understanding of DDN Sales cycles, product and services.
Develop innovative solutions to customers' business needs.
Weekly status report of activities to manager.
Sell solutions and professional services around DDN product offerings.
Mentor, motivate and lead account team.
