Summary Statement
The Account Manager is responsible for overall growth and development of records retrieval, court reporting and record summarization business as well as general maintenance of existing clients. Reporting to management in the company headquarters in Torrance, the territory for this position is the San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Ventura, and Antelope Valley.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Sales of Compex services including:
Developing marketing ideas and plans
Prospecting and generating new clients
Following up with phone calls and visits
Presenting service information to clients including attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries
Creating and installing VIP letters as part of Insurance Agreements
Cross-selling all service lines
Physically travelling and meeting with client in the field 80% of time
Conduct sales presentations and attend industry functions
Provide weekly activity reports
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
BA degree in communication, business or marketing a plus
Strong presentation, cold calling and industry experience a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
Must have reliable transportation with a clean driving record
