Summary/Purpose:
This is an account manager position that serves to help a group of IMN's many well-known consumer brand clients. This includes working with our clients and their related on-boarding, product training, and general marketing support needs. The account manager is also tasked with building strong and lasting relationships in order to maintain a steady stream of business for the company. To be an IMN account manager, you have a burgeoning digital marketing skill-set, are happy working in a team environment, have excellent communication skills and enjoy solving complex problems in a fast paced environment.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
As an account manager, you are the face of the company for the client. Reporting to the Executive Director of Client Services, in your role, you will be responsible for the client service support and the delivery of IMN's successful loyalty email marketing service offering, which includes:
Being a product expert and strategic advisor for your clientele as it relates to the IMN product
Working with your clients to schedule, create and deliver a consistently effective email newsletter
Enabling time management efficiencies in the ability to manage multiple client relationships
Gathering client feedback with regard to product functionality and working with IMN development team to define specifications for product enhancements
Testing development of and training clients and team members on new product enhancements
Working closely with the sales manager to communicate client requests and possible new business opportunities
Provide and communicate regular reporting for clients to review their program performance
Provide guidance and recommend email best practices to clients to optimize their program performance
Provide demos and trainings of the of the service, as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, think strategically, can multi-task, prioritize and have superb communication skills. Other requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent - required
Proven experience in client relations and/or account management - required
Strong digital marketing background, including email or database marketing - required
Ability to set and manage client expectations - required
Ability to work well and contribute in a team environment - required
Working knowledge of HTML - required
Prior management experience - a plus
Prior experience with technology software, SAAS and/or application service providers - a plus
Direct Selling industry experience - a plus
