VideoHub, founded by Tremor Video, is changing the way brand marketers and media agencies buy, measure, verify and analyze the effectiveness of video advertising campaigns.We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager who can become an integral team member of this early stage start-up.
As an Account Manager you will be fully responsible for client success on the VideoHub platform, which includes smooth client onboarding and end-user training and adoption. You?ll be the client?s VideoHub subject matter expert, able to demonstrate the full range of functionalities and value derived from the platform and you?ll know exactly when you?re nailing it when you see upsells and renewals.
Internally, you have to work collaboratively with VideoHub?s Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to ensure client success. Working with sales, you will play a pre-sales role by leading online and in-person demonstrations of the VideoHub platform. The VideoHub operations teams will also look to you for guidance on anything from client introductions to tagging requirements.
What you?ll need?
Using your relationship skills, ad industry expertise and knowledge of SaaS / technology products, you will ensure VideoHub users experience a smooth onboarding process. You'll need initiative to go mak eit happen; from initial account setups and customized training sessions to generating sample campaign analysis reports. You have the capacity to understand everything from the client?s overall marketing strategy to the specific goals of a single video ad campaign. Your comfort with data driven applications allows you to use VideoHub to monitor platform usage, spot trends and activity and be the knowledgeable resource on client calls and other in-bound inquiries.
We expect you may have 2 to 3 years of in digital account management, brand marketing, or media planning/strategy and hold a BA/BS degree. You need to be a natural presenting in front of clients, an excellent communicator and collaborative by nature. Most importantly, you have to be a self-starter and driven by client success.
