Truist, the leading provider of global philanthropy solutions, is seeking a full-time Account Manager for our suite of ePhilanthropy products and services. Our clients are corporations and non-profits interested in online solutions for their Corporate Social Responsibility, volunteering, and online giving campaigns.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible to grow and maintain existing business within acceptable margins. Additionally, Account Managers are expected to sustain Truist?s professional reputation by responsibly meeting a level of responsiveness, service, and timelines for each client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mange account relationships
Maintain client online donation/volunteer site(s)
Assist client in reporting requests
Monitor customer support escalations
Monitor client distributions to non-profits
Manage distribution exceptions
Outline and implement client requirements for Operations, Finance, and Technology
Monitor contract variables
Manage client programs, such as employee giving, volunteering, and corporate match
Manage year to year account switchover
Manage each client?s tasks in a project plan with due dates
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
Proven track record of success in school and business
Outgoing with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results and goal-oriented with strong work ethic
Working knowledge of Excel, HTML, Access, and CRM
