Summary of Position:
The Account Manager will report to and work in conjunction with the Sr. Director of Client Services and is responsible for the overall client set-up, liaison with trafficking, client satisfaction, optimizations, program delivery and post program analysis for direct advertiser (and agency) campaigns. In addition the Account Manager will collaborate in a support or primary role with Sr. Director of Client Services and Sales Executives on sales planning/RFPs and upsells/renewals. This person is a supporting or primary relationship owner and will serve as the liaison between advertisers and/or their agencies and SoundHound, Inc.

Operating within process & relevant guidelines
Minimum of 1-3 years of digital/mobile account management or agency experience.
Understanding of ad-serving technologies: Atlas, DFA/DFP. Eyeblaster, PointRoll, etc?
Knowledge of the Mobile app and ad space.
Previous account management experience a plus.
Multi-tasker and able to prioritized several projects at once.
Professional and timely management of projects that are time sensitive.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills both internally and externally with clients.
Ability to work in fast-paced ever-changing environment.
Self-motivated and self-starter, ability to work independently.
Interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Understanding of both iOS and Android platforms.
Fast learner when utilizing internal account management/reporting tools.
Good understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Role as supporting or main contact once client introductions are completed and campaigns are signed. Liaison between client and SoundHound.
Facilitates creative changes to units as needed and works in conjunction with cross-departmental teams for custom executions.
Inventory analysis and RFP development for pre-sale and media planning.
Works with trafficking team for campaign set-up details.
Campaign optimization direction given to trafficking team throughout flight dates including daily changes (if needed) to work towards even delivery and meeting campaign objectives.
Client reporting (as needed or requested).
Explore campaign upsell opportunities with client and sales ? ensure both client and sales are aware of additional inventory available when appropriate.
Collaborate with sales when needed on campaign renewals and expansion of client business.
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
