Account Operations Manager Redbrick Health
Position Summary:
RedBrick Health is actively seeking an Account Operations Manager to help us implement new clients and provide ongoing client service. This role partners with other internal departments to ensure all client requirements and deadlines are met. There will be direct interaction with Fortune 1000 and larger clients throughout the implementation and ongoing service delivery of a RedBrick Health client. Additionally, this role has an important responsibility to work across multiple departments to act as the voice of the client within the organization. Essential Job Functions:
Proven ability to manage client expectations and effectively translate specific client requests into underlying business needs and objectives, and in turn championing them within the RedBrick Health organization
Upon notification of sale, work closely with Sales and Professional Services Organization to establish a client specific implementation plan. Review the specifics of each new client's needs and approach to implementation
Facilitate a series of new client meetings to address products and services selected, operational structure and administrative issues; directing content and structure, identifying next step activities and ensuring timely follow up to completion
Complete the documentation of all details and components of the client's profile and administrative agreements
Disseminate all details to appropriate stakeholders to set up, administer and provide ongoing support for clients
Work with all RedBrick Health departments to identify, develop and improve processes for the implementation and administration of clients
Partner with assigned Strategic Account Executive working with each assigned client on ongoing basis through all aspects of service delivery
Partner with assigned Communications Manager to achieve timely and accurate delivery of planned communications materials
Partner with RedBrick Health resources (customer service, product, data) to resolve client-specific operations issues to the satisfaction of each client
Ability to interpret client-specific participation and results data and effectively translate insights and implications to client; respond to client requests for custom reports
Essential Job Requirements:
Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with large or national employers
Cross-functional Project Manager or project leadership experience
Experience in health care and/or web technology industry preferred
Ability to set realistic goals, manage expectations and prioritize needs of competing interests (Client, Operations, Technical Engineering, Sales)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer skills e.g. Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic organization
Demonstrated results orientation and ability to execute on goals
Ability to manage high volume of details within short and inflexible timeframes for deliverables
Ability to travel 10
