Louisville, CO, has a great opportunity for a Account Representative in our Louisville office. I-Behavior is now a KBM
Group company and part of the WPP organization (www.i-behavior.com).
Position
As an Account Representative you will be responsible for generating revenue through up-selling and cross-selling IBehavior products and services to an assigned group of customers.
Responsibilities
? Meet or exceed all sales goals
? Build and maintain client relationships
? Drive growth in client revenue by ensuring they purchase products and services that meet their needs
and following up
? Maintain an accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecast
? Create comprehensive, compelling, and effective RFP?s
? Build partnerships with other team members to execute on sales plans, improve systems and enhance
processes
? Accurately enter, update and maintain accurate prospect and client information in CRM
? Enter orders into Order Management System (OMS) ensuring timeliness and accuracy
? Develop proficiency in I-Behavior product and service offerings, as well as a basic understanding of the
market and competitors
? Stay current in trends and developments in online advertising, retail and related industries
? Any other duties required by sales management
Requires:
? Bachelor?s degree and/or equivalent work experience
? Minimum 2 years of professional experience
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
? Knowledge of sales methodology and have the ability to adapt to new sales methods
? Light travel required (up to 25%)
? Possess highly effective verbal & written communication skills
? Customer focused mentality
? Exceptional organizational, analytical and creative problem solving skills
? Ability to work collaboratively with others
? Ability to think and act proactively
? Ability to work independently
? Must have a positive attitude, be assertive and desire to be the best
? Prior industry experience helpful but not required
? Proven track record of meeting quotas a plus
