This position is responsible for championing Peregrine Semiconductor?s customer needs within the company. The Account Representative is responsible for managing customer orders and working with various departments within the company to ensure customer deliveries are made. This position is responsible for working with and supporting Peregrine Semiconductor?s direct and indirect Sales Team to include sales representative and distribution partners located in Japan. The Account Representative must support these responsibilities by following Peregrine Semiconductor?s documented policies and procedures and work with the Sales Operations Team to keep those procedures up-to-date and clear from ambiguity.
Roles & Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for:
Research and respond to order status, inventory, and lead time and expedite inquiries.
Work with internal and Field Sales Team on sample requests.
Work with internal and Field Sales Team on pricing/quote requests.
Enter orders into system and work closely with Operations to track orders.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues and complaints.
Work with Sales/Customer on RMAs and coordinate with Quality dept. on Failure Analysis requests.
Identify delivery delays and errors and work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery.
Provide support to outside Sales Team and customers on day-to-day sales operations.
Work with various departments within company as needed to support customer requirements.
Maintain customer records in ERP system.
Support individual activities at customer sites and work with regional managers for global coordination.
Ensure ERP/Order Management System data is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
Work effectively with internal/external teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer requirements.
Resolve customer service issues, complaints, and RMAs quickly and efficiently.
Ensure customer sample delivery requirements are met.
Respond to inquiries with internal and external customers professionally and expeditiously.
